Programs

The Five Basic Extreme Training Programs are Designed to help you:

1. Get Shredded

2. Build Muscle Mass

3. Develop Strength and Speed

4. Increase Overall Conditioning

5. Develop Combat, Martial Arts, Fitness

While each program contains common elements and will help you achieve all of the listed goals, the specific programs have been designed with an Emphasis on the Stated Objective.

In addition, we offer individualized Custom Training Programs which are designed specifically for you, taking into consideration training preferences, limitations, if any, age, gender, current level of condition, time available for training, and specific objectives.
