The programs you used to get you where you are now will not get you to the next level. In fact, unless you continually bring change into your training you will actually start to grow weaker.
Extreme Training is designed to help you continually challenge your mind and body which requires that you are 100% driven towards your success in EVERY WORKOUT.
With this in mind, each workout is designed to be CHALLENGING, FUN, INTENSE, AND PRODUCTIVE. And, unless you feel the need to do a prior workout again, YOU WILL NEVER DO THE SAME WORKOUT TWICE!! There are common elements and exercises which are necessary to measure your progress, but in terms of the actual training, each session has different physical and mental objectives. In other words YOU WILL KNOW EXACTLY WHY YOU ARE DOING WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND WHAT PARTICULAR CHALLENGE YOU ARE NOT ONLY MEETING, BUT OBLITERATING.
Q: How do I start Extreme Training?
A: First read everything you can on this site and then go to the Quickstart page. We believe that it is best to add Extreme Elements into your workouts until you are physically and mentally prepared to actually go FULL EXTREME with one of our many Training Objective Specific Extreme Training Zone Training Programs.
Q: How do I know if Extreme Training is For Me?
A: Many people will benefit from our programs. As a general guideline, if you have been training for at least three solid years, have no dangerous medical conditions, and have the Burning Desire and Absolute Commitment required to challenge yourself on a continual basis, Extreme Training is for you.
Many of the hard core athletes who now use our programs had tried “pretty much everything out there” without getting the results they were looking for.
